 Post subject: Manic Street Preachers - 11-12 May
Howdy all, just posting to gather some interest in the upcoming Manics gigs on May 11th and 12th in Cardiff SU. They will be touring to promote their new album 'Send Away The Tigers' when it is released sometime this Spring.
Anyone who is interested please post on here or contact me directly, as I shall be getting the tickets soon.

i'm not too sure mate, i doubt i will be in the mood for it. it's slap bang in the middle of my dad's birthday (8th may) and the 2 year anniversary of his passing away (14th)

I'd check those tickets fairly quickly Joe.
I understand they've sold out. But then sold out is often a cunning marketing ploy!
Of course we had advance warning of this album and tour at last year's JDB gig.

Good call Greg, you were bang on - there are no tickets left at all. I checked on the SU website prior to posting and it didnt say that it was sold out then, so i thought it would be safe to spread the word! Clearly a bad idea! Sorry to all those who showed interest. If you do want to go I'm afraid you will have to pawn off some family heirlooms and visit your local ticket tout!
