I am a long time admirer and first time writer, I am sure you can help with my problem I am truly at my wits end! I have been reading and following Joseph Newbury’s plastic bag campaign very closely and as a result I am very concerned and conscious about my current bag usage. The dilemma I am currently facing is this: Do I use a “poop” bag to clean up after my dog?
To further compound my problem; if my dog (Maddy) messes on the public highway do I need to clean it up? I have seen may other users of the public highways let their beasts (Horses) freely mess and their packages are at least 10 times the size of the gifts that Maddy leaves.
