Hello All,
I have had several complaints about the attitude of the users of the forum and in fact some users have expressed a reluctance to post ideas, comments and general chit-chat on said forum for fear of reprisals from other users.
What this means...
People are using the forum to antagonise, argue, insult and abuse other users. This is simply not acceptable; you are talking to your friends, not 'random internet people'. These people are attending every Thursday to play a friendly game of football and we do not want the TTFE to break down.
If you are seriously unhappy with someone, or something they have said (whether on the forum or not), Do not call them names or simply antagonise on the forum. You may use PM's to communicate to an individual however, these are not to be used to abuse or antagonise another user either.
Please - Make this forum a place where users (and by users, I mean our friends) feel welcome and comfortable enough to post suggestions for improving the TTFE, thoughts and general comments or ideas.
From now on, any antagonistic or insulting comments will simply be removed.
This is not directed at any individual but is in response to several different users comments and is therefore directed at everyone that uses the forum.
Once again, this is not Chris being a control freak, it is simply me acting on the comments that several users of the TTFE's site have put forward.
