I think it is a coincidence, as Kaka is a well known brazilian footballer, as is Adriano. I think JBL was making a joke about call the real footballers and telling them not to come. (i don't know exactly, as i don't know what context it was said in).

And because kaka is well known, i'm guessing that they just picked him as a user name.
