So it's Wednesday...
I'm having a pork and salad sandwich with apple sauce, ready salted crisps, borbon biscuits (yes, i'm eating a lot of them this week) and a cup of tea!

i got you craving one did i?? lol
Today i had my mum's own chicken and mayo sarnies, followed by a packet of cheese and onion crisps, a banana and an apple!

Wow... sounds pretty damned good...
I had a roast chicken sandwhich, cheese and onion crisps, BORBONS AND A CUPPA TEA!!!!!! YEAH!!!

Today is Thursday... that normally means beer and a burger but today it was a chip bowl with cheese, bacon, spicy chicken and spicy beef. Yum yum!!

I couldn't add to this until I had something interesting to eat.
And today check this out, I had a sausage with a side salad and two beers!
I kid you not!
A sausage - on it's own! With a side salad.
And this is in South Wales! What's going on?
(The Germans are coming!)

i had cheese slice and ham in a BURGER BAP! (i had run out of normal bread  ) but still pretty darn tasty. then i had a packet of ready salted crisps. and a chocolate mousse!
no fruit today, i'm trying to cut down!
