Don't forget to look at the share settings when accessing each others calendars (mine is set to public so you can all add it at will )

I would love to be able to see the whole TTFE communities calendars but i understand that not everyone will go for this.

Wow... Just Greg and Joe eh? I was sure that someone else would at least give it a go... it seems it's only the people i've actually shown it working too! Ah well, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't get people using google calendar, or at least, the saying goes something like that!

I wanted to be able to share it with all of you lot - i.e. like you can in outlook with exchange... does TTFE have it's own Exchange server? No... should we get one? No... it's too much money and effort therefor Google Calendar = Perfect for the job.

You can still do that via Outlook w/o Exchange ... (I'd need to double check) but I will, then its a whipping for all you Google boys


Surely the kitty can strech for an SBS installation maybe take me on PT, FT Circa £30k to do the maintence on it? Maybe get a BES installation up and running, long term getting us TTFE Blackberrys will save on txt message costs Yay - Nay? You know how to get hold of me.
